Fifteen Interior Design Company’s mission is to create classic, timeless, and affordable interiors rooted in what our clients want most for their homes. We listen first, then guide you through new-build selections or thoughtful redesigns that improve how your home looks, feels, and functions for everyday life. We’re committed to high-quality work, clear communication throughout the process, and transparent pricing—starting with a consultation that sets expectations and builds a strong working relationship.
Commercial kitchen design and guidance through the licensing process are also offered. With 13 years of experience as a food safety inspector for multiple local health departments, the Ohio Department of Agriculture (Food Safety Division), and contracted FDA inspections, I help clients navigate licensing requirements with clarity and confidence. I’m committed to responsive support and practical guidance so you can understand expectations, prepare documentation, and work smoothly with the regulatory agency.

Extensive experience in the commercial food industry, with more than 13 years of expertise in food safety, kitchen design, and creating efficient layouts that support safe operations and proper food flow.
Former Food Safety Inspector and Registered Sanitarian with experience regulating food operations. Experience working for county agencies (Local Health Department), the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture, and contracted FDA work. Offers “Plan Review” package and food safety consulting services.
We are happy to work within your budget to help bring your vision to life, and services can be provided in phases if needed. The initial consultation is a chance to talk through your goals, answer questions, and define the scope of work together.
