Plan Review

Opening a food service operation or retail food establishment in Ohio requires a food license from your Local Health Department — a process known as "Plan Review." Fifteen Interior Design Co. will work with you in the facility to make sure that the plans are accurate and correct to your operation. Any changes AFTER submission will need to go through the Local Health Department.

All documentation is supplied exclusively to the client. No materials are submitted directly to the Health Department; we work only with you throughout the process.

All documents are supplied directly to the client. FIFTEEN INTERIOR DESIGN CO. will not submit documentation to the Local Health Department; all communication is conducted with the client only.

Advice & Guidance

FIFTEEN INTERIOR DESIGN CO. brings deep expertise in both food safety and the regulatory landscape — including the Ohio Food Code and federal standards under 21 CFR-117. We can answer questions, support proper procedures, and serve as a bridge between your operation and the Health Department or government agencies.
