Plan Review
Starting a food service operation or retail food establishment in the State of Ohio requires a license from the Local Health Department (LHD). That process of licensing is called “Plan Review”. Each plan must be reviewed and approved by your LHD prior to operation. Each plan review package is different depending on the County, please review the requirements of your specific Health Department ahead of time.
Fifteen Interior Design Co. can help make the Plan Review process easier by preparing the required facility layouts and documentation in the proper format. All plans, schedules, and layouts will be provided digitally to the operator.
Fifteen Interior Design Co. does NOT send documents directly to the LHD. All documents will be supplied to the client/operator upon completion and once paid in full.
